Shipping & Handling
We use only the most effective delivery services available to ship your order. All items will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) and The United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service) except for massage chairs*1.
All orders received by 12:00 p.m. (noon), PST, M-F, are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm will shipped the next business day. Orders will generally arrive in 4 to 7 business days to most locations.
Please note:
We only ship to addresses within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
We do not ship to APOs and FPOs.
Please contact us if you want to choose Saturday delivery. It will need extra charge and extra help.

Delivery Guarantee
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.
Special Notes
*1 Shipping and handling is FREE for all Massage chairs. Massage chairs will be shipped by standard ground carrier service to your curbside.
Delivery for massage chairs is curbside delivery only. For customers who would like help bringing the shipment into your home, there are two options:
a) We recommend that you tip the carrier service driver extra and ask the driver to assist in bringing the massage chair into your home
b) Customers who would like help delivering and setting up the massage chair in your home, can upgrade to our White Glove Delivery Service for an extra charge. Please contact a Vitalife customer service representative for costs and details.
White Glove Delivery
A delivery agent will contact you within 7-10 business days to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery can be scheduled 8am 5pm Monday through Friday within a 4 hour window. This service includes inside delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking,plugging in (to include one cable hook-up), setup, installation,and debris removal.
