Return Policy
If you are not satisfied, please contact us via Live Chat, email us at Customerservice@Vitalifeinc.com or call us at 1-866-893-0948 to set up a return. We will issue you a Return Authorization number and provide additional return delivery information.
All items shipped back to us must have a Return Authorization number to be accepted by our receiving department. We will refund the purchase price (product price and any applicable tax) less to and from shipping charges and less any applicable restocking fees (refer to details below). You will be charged for the return shipping costs. Vitalifeinc.com reserves the right refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 days of our receiving your returned product. You may return and exchange new and unused condition items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. We only accept one time exchange. No allow return again after we ship out the exchange to you.
All items must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork, parts and accessories to insure a refund. All return and exchange items are subject to inspection to ensure that the items are in their original and new condition and the defective/damages items, are not due to misuse or unauthorized alterations. Due to health code regulations all underwear(slim n lift product, silicone Bra) must not be worn if you want exchange or refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please note: >There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of any item in addition to the return shipping costs. We will refuse package's that are in bad condition and torn.
All clearance items are final sales and not returnable. Exchange for size only for undergarment. We reserve the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.
