Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out.?You have until shipment confirmation to cancel your order.

Email cancellations must contain the following information:

1. First name
2. Last name
3. Order number
4. Email address and/or Phone number

This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.Please provide a contact number so that we may call you if we have questions in regards to the order cancellation.

For all cancelled orders purchased with a credit card, additional fees may be assessed if the credit card processor imposes a fee associated with reversing charges.

If an order is cancelled after it is charged and/or shipped, the order cancellation will be considered a return. We will issue you a Return Authorization number and provide additional return delivery information.We will refund the purchase price (product price and any applicable tax) less to and from shipping charges.Please see our Return and Exchange Policy for additional information.
